Terminating PA 116 Agreements

Individuals who wish to terminate PA116 agreements should download the appropriate checklist (partial or full) and the MDARD Application form below. When all items on the checklist and application are complete, please deliver to the township clerk for review. The Resolution needed from the board will be available after the approval at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the board.

Partial Terminations
